A former Venezuelan army high-rank officer is disputing a recent report from the American Intelligence Community on the massive Aragua Train Colla throughout the country.

Jose Arocha, who is a former Lieutenant Colonel of the Venezuelan army, told Fox News Digital that the recent Intel Community report denied Aragua train is linked to the Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro does not lack a key aspect: the animosity of the socialist regime to the United States and penetrating the war of the asymmetric war war.

Aragua train, also known simply as ADD, is a violent Venezuelan gang that has been terrorizing North -American cities in recent years. The group is related to high profile murders such as the slaughter of the Georgia Laken Riley Nursing student and the confiscation of an entire apartment building in Aurora, Colorado.

As one of his first movements in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump led the State Department to designate Ap TDA a “foreign terrorist organization”.

Speaking with Fox News Digital through Zoom, Arocha, a national security expert at Center for a Secure Free Society, said he agrees with the movements of the Trump administration against Aragua train, which he believes is a “asymmetric Warfare” tool of the Maduro regime to sow discordance in the United States and other countries in the Western hemisphere.

“The Maduro regime does not need to send troops to the USA. Instead, he sends criminals,” he said. “ADDA is an insurgency of plug-and-placles: gathered in prison, deployed abroad.”

Arocha’s statements, however, contrast with a new public note published by the North -American Intelligence Agencies last month that they denied any solid connection between the Maduro government in Caracas and the gang.

“Although Venezuela’s permissive environment allows ADHD to work, the Maduro regime probably does not have a policy of cooperation with ADD and does not direct the ADD movement and operations in the United States,” says the report.

The report says the intelligence community based its conclusion “on the actions of the application of the Venezuelan law that show that the regime treats ADD as a threat; a concern mix of cooperation and confrontation instead of directives from top to bottom [that] characterize the bonds of the regime with other armed groups; and the decentralized ADDA makeup that would make such a defiant logistical relationship. “

In the meantime, Arocha said that “the missing point here is that the intelligence report is too narrow about ADHD.”

“These are crimes and migration, but they lack the dimension of war,” he said. “They lack that for the Maduro regime, the United States is the enemy, he has been the enemy for years.”

“ADDA is not a gang,” he continued. “It is the facilitating arm of the Venezuelan regime in the hybrid war strategy, the asymmetrical tour of the war. This is the point that is missing. And this is the point that explains how a local gang is now in more than ten countries, including the United States. This is incredible, and this is not possible without a state sponsor behind them.”

Although the report points to the actions of the law that the Government of Maduro has taken against ADDA, Arocha explained that in fact the Venezuelan prisons, including the “tocorón” prison where the gang began, they look more like tourist hotels.

“Tocorón, [which] They said it is the epicenter of the crime in Venezuela, it was not a prison, but it was a palace for organized crime. Complete equipment, we have a zoo, discotheques and even a pool for the prisoners there, “he said.

Arocha also proposed that the incursion of 2023 that the Venezuelan government performed in Tocorón “appears choreographed” and that the key leadership of the ADHDA was able to escape through pre-elaborated tunnels.

“While the regime obtained cracking optics on crime, ADDA mobility remained intact,” Arocha told Fox News Digital.

The Intel report admitted that the members of the escape ADHDs were “possibly assisted by low -level Venezuelan political and political leaders.” But in Arocha, the connection goes directly to the top.

He indicated the abduction and murder of the Venezuelan political dissident Ronald Ojeda in Chile, who, according to Reuters, is being investigated by the Chilean government as a possible Aragua Train Operation sponsored by the Government of Maduro.

Reuters reported in March that the Chilean Attorney General, Angel Valencia, said that the murder of Ojeda “does not have the characteristics of a normal crime” and “all the evidence we have in this state of the investigation allows us to conclude that a cell or group linked to the Aragua train that was politically motivated that originated originally from a political order”.

The departure also reported that the Venezuelan government denied the allegations as baseless.

Arocha also pointed out the former President of Maduro, Tarek the Aissami, who has alleged ties with Hamas and Hezbollah, as a proof that the Venezuelan government is embedded with the worst enemies of America.

The Aissami was arrested by accusations of corruption and currently in prison.

“He also has a strong influence with Iran and China and Russia. He is in prison right now, which means he lives in the palace in prison,” said Arocha, smiling.

“The Venezuelan regime is a representative of Russia, China and Iran, especially China right now,” he continued. “They use Venezuela [to] Create chaos in Latin America, especially … without directly facing the United States, but indirectly, using criminals, through misinformation, using all the tools they have. “

In response, Arocha urged Trump’s administration to continue to adopt an approach to every government to combat ADHD. He urged the administration to “increase our reach” by reaching Latin American countries experienced with ADD, such as the Chilean government.

“Right now they have a knowledge of ADD. We need to understand what they have learned, and we have to gather all the pieces to have the big image instead of the premises,” he said. “And then I’m really sure we’ll realize the missing ones and the main link is in Caracas.”
